Job Responsibilities:

Content Management & Publishing

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Write engaging captions (English Mainly/Tagalog mix) and optimize hashtags for maximum reach.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies for TikTok/Reels/Shorts.

Community & Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster positive interactions.
• Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for UGC and partnerships.
