Digital Media Executive

Barq Dev is hiring a creative and hands-on Digital Media Executive to lead and expand our social media presence.
This role is suited for someone who can independently manage strategy, create content quickly, and drive engagement using modern tools. You'll operate as a one-person social media function, owning everything from planning to performance.
Role Responsibilities
Manage daily content across all social media platforms, including planning, scheduling, and publishing
Create compelling posts, captions, and short-form content
Plan and execute content calendars and campaign launches
Capture photos and videos as needed
Track engagement and performance, adjusting content to improve results
Stay updated on social trends and suggest innovative growth ideas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
2–3 years of experience managing social media (startup or tech experience preferred)
