Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a Performance-oriented Digital Media Senior Specialist. We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance, and deep understanding of digital media to manage and optimize campaigns for leading e-commerce brands in Greece.
Responsibilities
Set clear performance goals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
Own the structure, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, etc.)
Allocate and supervise performance-related tasks for a small team (1–2 people), ensuring proper prioritization and workload balance
