Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Manage and operate the company’s TikTok account, Community and APP, including content planning/creation, publishing, and maintenance. 
Develop clear and effective TikTok growth strategies, drive follower growth and engagement, and showcase proven success cases. 
Manage and optimize user engagement strategies across Community and APP, including UGC activation, user retention, and online/offline activity design. Responsible for Community and APP. 
Collaborate with product, retail, service, and design teams to develop integrated digital campaigns that connect TikTok and community and to ensure high-quality content aligned with brand identity. 
Build and manage the OPPO Mexico Ambassador team (core content creators), encouraging high-quality content generation and increasing loyalty.
