What You’ll Be Doing:

The mission of the Digital Operations Specialist is to provide a high-touch, fast-response center of expertise for the digital platforms. They will provide solution clarity and an integrated online and assisted buying experience. They will streamline the sales process, and reduce down time, touches and costs of sales. They will be a key factor driving this 'high-margin' revenue stream.

Key business metrics for success will include revenue, transactions volume, repeat customer volume, new customer acquisition, interaction volume, and customer feedback and survey scores.
