Digital Ops Lead

As the Digital Operations Lead, you will be at the forefront of KFC's digital journey, working closely with cross-functional teams to digitize and optimize restaurant processes. Your primary focus will be on driving the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of tools, and enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will partner with Digital & Technology teams to deliver innovative solutions, monitor digital KPIs, and support franchisees with digital adoption. This role is crucial in KFC's mission to become a 100% digital organization, requiring a strategic and collaborative approach.

• Collaborate with Digital & Technology, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions.
• Lead the digitization of restaurant operations, including SOPs, and drive adoption and training.
• Ensure customer journey and experience are prioritized in the design and testing of digital solutions.
