                    Title: Digital Paid Media Specialist We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities:  Setup and manage ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, YouTube  Audience building & re-targeting  A/B testing campaigns  Pixel & tracking setup  Optimize CPL & CPA  Report weekly performance Requirements 24 years hands-on experience Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager / Snapchat / TikTok Experience with Google Ads Data-driven mindset Experience in lead generation preferred Benefits Comprehensive health coverage.
