Digital performance executive

Job Summary:
Diamond Group of Industries is looking for a Digital Performance Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance, analytics, and ROI. The role is responsible for driving online growth through data-driven strategies across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Monitor daily performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Optimize funnels, landing pages, and audience targeting
Coordinate with creative and content teams for performance-driven assets
Manage budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend
Conduct A/B testing and implement continuous improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in digital performance marketing
