Digital Product Officer | Paranaque

We’re looking for a Digital Channels Owner to manage our loyalty platforms and digital systems, ensuring smooth operations, delivering product improvements, and boosting customer engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure day-to-day stability of loyalty & digital platforms.
• Define and manage product roadmap, user stories, and backlog.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and tech teams on new features.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Support QA, UAT, and monitor post-release stability.
• Drive campaigns, member adoption, and repeat purchases.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years in Product Management, Loyalty Platforms, E-commerce, or Digital Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
