What You’ll Do

Own product roadmap, personalization and experimentation strategy, roadmap and delivery

Lead and manage Target backlog, sharing updates on backlog items, implementations, and roadmap refinements.

Set the overall strategy and vision for the personalization program within the organization, ensuring alignment with core business objectives and the broader CX strategy.
