This professional acts as a key point of contact throughout the implementation process, driving structured activities, tracking milestones and timelines, and supporting clients during technical onboarding and product adoption.

• Lead client implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality commitments are met throughout all project phases.
