Digital Project Manager

SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Senior Project Manager will work with the NYC Digital Service team to oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning, tracking and delivery with quality and on time. The project manager will serve as key communication link between internal and external stakeholders, develop and own delivery on timelines and help facilitate meetings to resolve issues and keep work aligned to deliver results. • Work with team to define project objectives and create and maintain detailed work plan • Lead and manage tasks within the team and plan communication cadence within team and with external stakeholders • Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate to project stakeholders, and escalate issues on a timely basis • Maintain project documentation ensuring alignment with objectives • Set up and manage user stories in Azure DevOps project MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 1.
