Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Quality Process Expert to support and improve our quality‑related processes across the digital and technology landscape. This role acts as a facilitator and enabler , partnering closely with Quality, IT, Compliance, and Delivery teams to ensure that GxP‑related processes, SLCD steps, SOPs, validation practices, and documentation workflows are understood, implemented correctly, and continuously improved .
The Digital Quality Process Expert helps teams adopt compliant and efficient ways of working, using tools such as Veeva, Jira, and Confluence.
