Digital Radio Engineer (DMR)

Overview

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an experienced and motivated DMR Radio Engineer to join a growing technical team working across the Northern region (Supporting their Head Office in Hampshire).

This role supports a diverse customer base, providing delivery, installation, maintenance, and technical support for communication, security, and technology systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, varied environments, and involvement in high‑profile events and projects.

What You'll Do

• Install, commission & maintain equipment
• Provide remote & onsite technical support
• Complete surveys, reports & documentation
• Support events (some weekend work)
• Join a 24/7 call‑out rota

What You'll Need

• Strong technical mindset & customer focus
• Valid UK driving licence
• Basic IT networking knowledge (desirable)
