Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager Ecommerce role based in Gurgaon for Carlton London .

The Senior Manager Ecommerce will own and grow the Myntra and Flipkart alpha business, including end-to-end P&L management, forecasting, and performance tracking for assigned categories and brands.

Responsibilities include managing marketplace relationships, driving annual and seasonal business plans, team management, optimizing listings and catalog quality, and leading promotions, campaigns, and merchandising strategies.

The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand management to improve visibility, conversion, and profitability.
