What You’ll Do

• Engage and convert leads via chat, email, and calls
• Guide clients through SMDC’s end‑to‑end digital buying journey
• Manage bookings, transactions, and CRM updates
• Deliver a smooth, personalized customer experience
• Represent SMDC as a digital sales frontliner

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a 4‑year course (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields preferred)
• At least 1 year of BPO omni‑channel sales or real estate experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence in digital platforms
• Sales‑driven, organized, and customer‑focused
