Digital Sales Associate

JOB PURPOSE:

Offer or promote services and provide cargo transportation solutions to client particularly on social media, to maximize profit and maintain customer satisfaction.

JOB SCOPE:

• Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients coming from the digital platform.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Call out the client's leads through the platform being utilized by the company.
• Developing a plan to achieve sales targets.
• Prepares daily sales activity report.
• Provide rate proposal to prospective clients and ensure follow-through.
• Prepares weekly Sales Performance report.
• Involve and/or participate in sales strategy planning with Immediate Superior.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities daily through networking, social media, etc.
• Setting up meetings with potential client and getting their cargo handling needs.
