Digital Sales Associate

This position is responsible for engaging prospective buyers online, providing seamless virtual consultations, and guiding clients through the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for real estate and digital engagement. They will serve as the frontline ambassador of SMDC's digital transformation, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients transacting through the platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Execution

• Handle initial touchpoint thru chat, email, or call and nurture assigned leads.
• Generate sales thru inbound leads (and outbound leads, as needed).

Order Management

• Handle assigned transactions within agreed SLA.
• Ensure timely booking of converted accounts.

CRM and Data Handling

• Maintain and update data and progress on assigned leads.
