Overview

Our Digital Sales Lead is a crucial role within our Digital and Data team to own, drive and deliver our sales growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance metrics and base performance to drive sales processes and improve sales outcomes.
• Own sales forecasting and management of B2B base; work with Data teams to develop forecasting tools that enable delivery of targets, drive efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Develop critical insight into relationships with customers to enhance experience and encourage repeat business.
