Digital Sales Representative

Overview

Digital Sales Representative — Were looking for a motivated self-starter who can handle a high-velocity sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience. Our Digital Inside Sales Specialists are at the forefront of our customer experience for both new and existing customers. You will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer, providing touch points across the customer journey to help them make an informed buying decision. This is a new team at Zendesk, so you will be one of the founding members in a fast-growing area for our business.

Ideal candidates will have a consistent track record of achieving targets; Software / SaaS experience is a plus. Travel to a Zendesk office is required during training and then will move to a hybrid schedule. This role is being advertised proactively as part of planned growth in our Digital Segment.
