What You’ll Do: Own and optimise the full search ecosystem across SEO + SEM Drive performance and shape digital strategy with precision and creativity Analyse behaviours, trends, audiences, and keywords that actually convert Build and manage high‑impact Search, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns Conduct technical audits, keyword research, on‑page optimisation & performance tracking Produce insights dashboards that guide real business decisions Collaborate with creative, content, dev and media teams Constantly test, tweak, scale — repeat
