Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a Digital Service Engineer to play a vital role in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of ITI's service delivery. You'll manage, investigate, and resolve service tickets, acting as a key link between the Service Delivery team and wider stakeholders to ensure issues are prioritised and resolved in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

With a proactive approach to troubleshooting, you'll keep tickets up to date, drive timely resolutions, and escalate complex issues when needed. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes, helping to ensure consistently high service standards and a positive experience for our clients.

Salary: up to RM7000 per month depending upon skills and experience.
