We are hiring
Digital & Social Growth Manager
a highly hands-on operator who can independently drive social media growth, paid campaigns, branding, and performance marketing across platforms.

This is not a coordination role.

This is not a strategy-only role.

You will personally execute everything.

The Role
You will own and execute:

• Organic social media growth (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Paid advertising (Meta primarily; YouTube & Google where relevant)
• Creative testing & performance optimisation
• Brand identity & content direction across social channels
• Analytics, tracking & reporting
• Growth experiments & funnel optimisation

Most marketing activity will happen on social platforms.

You must be comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager daily.
