Digital Solutions Manager

Purpose of Position:
Responsible for the end-to-end definition, implementation, promotion and continuous improvement of digital solutions for the business. The Digital Solutions Manager is accountable for translating country and customer requirements into scalable, profitable digital products (e.g., Sirius vm and other digital solutions), leading development and adoption activities, working closely with Global Operations, Sales, BlueNet and software providers, and ensuring commercial and operational success. The role will also champion cloud-native, API-first and AI-enabled solution patterns, ensure product resilience and security by design, and drive digital capabilities that support sustainability and real-time shipment visibility across global networks.
