1. Installation and Support

(Quality service)

• In-charge in the installation and support of the Core Banking System and other systems MASS-SPECC may deploy.
• Coordinate with Digital Solutions Operations Specialist/Analyst during system installation activities.
• Uses project management in the implementation of systems
• In-charge in the evaluation of the coop current system regarding technical in preparation for the installation.
• In-charge in system preparation for installation (data and system parameters)
• Responsible in the system installation including other modules
• Check and observe system functions to verify correct operations and detect errors.
• Oversee the daily performance of the system during installation period.
• Maintain records of installation activities, problems encountered and remedial actions taken.
• Conduct technical training to system users (coop coordinators)
