Digital S/W Eng Sr Group Mgr - Director

This is a deeply technical, hands-on role for a leader who is passionate about writing and deploying code. This role is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas and People Leadership. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas.
