Job Description

Role Profile

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Digital Technical Analyst is responsible for website and page builds, configuration, content updates, bug management, CRs, and technical project planning for our most important websites across the company. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure issues are identified, and a strong collaborative approach ensuring the implementation of effective resolutions.


Ultimately, this role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements to drive continuous improvement through the relevant digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, create and update websites across the organisation, working with various different platforms, applications and tools
  • Manage content updates, page builds, and publishing workflows
