Digital Test Manager

**Key Responsibilities**



+ Lead end-to-end QA delivery across Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testing for mid-to-large scale transformation programs.

+ Manage QA activities across key Airline systems: **PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check‑In, GDS (Amadeus)** for both Web and Mobile channels.

+ Guide and mentor testing teams to deliver high-quality and reliable software products.

+ Oversee the full testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

+ Act as a key communication bridge between IT, business, and cross‑functional teams.

+ Provide strong expertise in **Web Application, Middleware, and Interface testing** .

+ Utilize ALM tools such as **Azure DevOps** and **Jira** for test metrics, tracking, and reporting.

+ Manage risks and issues proactively within ALM tools to ensure timely resolution.
