Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities  Lead end-to-end QA delivery across Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testing for mid-to-large scale transformation programs. 
Manage QA activities across key Airline systems: PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check‑In, GDS (Amadeus)  for both Web and Mobile channels. 
Guide and mentor testing teams to deliver high-quality and reliable software products. 
Oversee the full testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. 
Act as a key communication bridge between IT, business, and cross‑functional teams. 
Provide strong expertise in Web Application, Middleware, and Interface testing . 
Utilize ALM tools such as Azure DevOps  and Jira  for test metrics, tracking, and reporting. 
Manage risks and issues proactively within ALM tools to ensure timely resolution.
