Digital Test Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA delivery across Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testing for mid-to-large scale transformation programs.
• Manage QA activities across key Airline systems: PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check‑In, GDS (Amadeus) for both Web and Mobile channels.
• Guide and mentor testing teams to deliver high-quality and reliable software products.
• Oversee the full testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Act as a key communication bridge between IT, business, and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide strong expertise in Web Application, Middleware, and Interface testing .
• Utilize ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for test metrics, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage risks and issues proactively within ALM tools to ensure timely resolution.
