The T&O Ecosystem Universal Partner Experience (UPX) team leads digital transformation to deliver seamless, AI‑enabled experiences for IBM Ecosystem partners, supporting the Partner Plus program and go‑to‑market strategies through simplified, digital journeys. As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will help design and deliver AI‑enabled digital journeys that enhance end‑to‑end partner experiences, driving partner growth and business impact for IBM.

The UPX Digital Transformation Leader plays a key role in understanding business strategy and priorities and translating them into effective, AI‑enabled digital journeys. In this role, you will support the discovery and design of transformed partner experiences, help define the north‑star vision, contribute to roadmap planning.
