Role Overview
The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for modernising, optimising, and scaling existing digital workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled capabilities .
The role focuses on re-engineering legacy or sub-optimal workflows —already digital but inefficient—into intelligent, automated, and insight-driven processes that improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience.
This role requires a strong balance of process engineering, Microsoft platform expertise, and hands-on execution .
