Digital Transformation Officer

The Digital Transformation Officer drives the successful execution of digital initiatives across business units. This role coordinates with business owners, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs, tracks project progress, and supports benefits realization. You will help enforce governance standards, prepare executive reports, and assist in steering committees. Act as a key liaison to enable change, support adoption, and foster collaboration across teams. Continuously improve processes, frameworks, and reporting to enhance efficiency and the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
