MISSION

To lead the digital transformation of IMPACT by ensuring robust operational support for digital platforms and supporting with execution of big data and AI strategy, in close collaboration with the Programmes, Communications & Research Division. The role will prioritize platform administration, user support, and process automation, while laying the groundwork for long‑term digital architecture in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
