Digital transformation specialist

The Digital Transformation specialist will provide strategic and operational support across the business by analysing business processes, user interactions and client feedback to inform our digital transformation projects and programs. The role bridges business analysis and project management, enabling the firm to streamline workflows, enhance client service, and support innovation in IP operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields. A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be preferred. 3–5 years’ experience in business process analysis position Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment, ideally within IP, is highly desirable.
