We're seeking a versatile, dual-hatted Digital Visibility & Creative Specialist to serve as a high-impact virtual assistant for a team of real estate agents.

This is a role (15–20 hrs/week, flexible remote schedule) fuses graphic design, social media management, brand development, and video editing into one powerhouse position. Your mission: elevate agents' personal brands, amplify their online presence, and make every listing, story, and reel irresistibly clickable.

Core Responsibilities

• Graphic Design
• Design eye-catching property flyers, open-house invitations, email headers, and digital ads (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Create branded templates for Instagram carousels, Pinterest pins, and LinkedIn banners.
• Social Media Management
• Schedule & post 12–18 pieces of content weekly across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
