Senior Consultant, Digital Workforce Transformation – UKG Pro

Qualifications

• A related bachelor’s degree
• Approximately 3+ years of Consulting experience
• 2-5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
• UKG Pro certifications are ideal
• Experience with client solution gap analysis and recommendations
• Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
• Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
• Experience leading client discussions for requirements gathering, user story/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing support, and deployment
• Understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
• Project management experience is beneficial
• Ability to solve problems with limited information and advance to next steps
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (estimated 30%)
