Digital Workplace & Business Solutions Enablement Specialist

We are looking for Junior (to mid-career) professional with first experience in digital workplace enablement, training, and process improvement; eagerness to learn Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and automation opportunities; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Business requirements translation: Converts diverse department needs into digital workplace solutions using existing toolsets.


• Adoption leadership: Drives Copilot adoption across company through training, prompts techniques, and enablement programs.


• Process improvement & automation: Identifies opportunities for efficiency gains via workflow optimization and RPA (UiPath) where appropriate.


• BIT/IS collaboration: Coordinates with Umicore IS to scope, design, and deliver more complex solutions without duplicating effort, and leveraging any existing developments.
