Digital Workplace Product Manager (IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT, MICROSOFT ACTIVE DIRECTORY)

Reports to: Head of Digital Workplace and Network

The Product Manager is responsible for the ownership of assigned digital workplace products (e.g., technology, platform, or service), including maximizing employee awareness, adoption and satisfaction. The product manager fosters strong technical relationships with vendors and represents the product during design, development, testing, release, updates and ongoing lifecycle management. The Product Manager also ensures alignment of the product with vendor and internal roadmaps, as well as project, change management and enterprise architecture processes.

This includes understanding how well business operations, application development and workplace productivity are supported by the Infrastructure platforms and services and subsequently engaging with other teams within IMT and the Business in driving improvements across a broad range of metrics, including time-to-market, cost effectiveness, ...
