Job Description

Summary  
Digital Workplace Specialist works with IT and business stakeholders to effectively support all internal/external customers and solution partners for the Company's digital workplace applications. DW Specialist will also be a part of strategic projects design, implementation and driving adoption among the users, as required. 
Key Responsibilities 
Function as a component owner and subject matter expert for the company's collaboration tools MS Teams and Telephony Solutions & MS Teams (integration),  
Provide professional support for other existing collaboration tools including 8x8, HoloLens, Lifesize, BlueJeans, Video Conferencing amongst others. 
Translate requirements of business into architectural design and influence the deployment of related infrastructure components. 
Design, construct, configure and maintain all facets of the component owner products of Enterprise Telecom solutions.
