DIGIT-IT is hiring an experienced Level 4 Embroidery Digitizer with strong expertise in embroidery patches digitizing. The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of stitch techniques and be capable of handling complex patch designs with high accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional embroidery digitizing experience
• Strong expertise in embroidery patches (badge, cap, jacket patches)
• Proficiency in Wilcom or similar digitizing software
• Strong understanding of stitch density, underlay, trims, and pull compensation
• Ability to digitize small lettering and detailed designs
• Good speed with strong quality control
