Position Summary

The Dining Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting guests throughout their dining experience. This role ensures proper table setup, food and refill service, cleanliness, and adherence to company service standards to maintain the brand's quality and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Guest Experience

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Explain menu items, promos, and dining mechanics clearly
• Attend promptly to refill requests (side dishes, drinks, etc.)
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
