Dining Manager

We are looking for a Dining Manager who will oversee daily dining operations and ensure excellent customer service in our restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage dining staff (waiters, cashiers, and floor staff)
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor cleanliness and proper table set-up in the dining area
• Assist in staff scheduling and training
• Coordinate with kitchen and management team

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience as Dining Manager, Supervisor, or similar role
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and well-presented
• Able to work under pressure and during peak hours
