Dining Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customers' complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Impeccable customer service management.
• Ensure Discipline in attendance and follow through of attendance and attendance related records.
• File and update employee 201 File changes as necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area which includes the dining area for customers, electrical room, and bathroom.
• Pick up and do messenger work related to purchase, drop off as needed.
• Assist in the inventory cycle count on a weekly basis log in the inventory form.
• Request and fill up purchase requisition forms in a timely and organized manner as needed.
• File reimbursement reports in a timely and organized manner as needed.
