Dining Supervisor

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Dining Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the execution of the SOPs in the dining area through and with the effort of the store team.

KEY RESULTS AREA

• Ensures that the dining areas are overseen and maintained
• Consistently oversees the dining floor to ensure that the steps of service are being followed
• Does table touches to establish a connection with guests
• Handles guest complaints based on company protocols and ensures that all complaining guests are appeased
• Does administrative functions related to dining area

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors that the overall ambience of the store meets the company standards
• Monitors that attendance and performance of all dining staff
• Strictly implements the Code of Conduct to all dining employees
• Trains and counsels dining employees
