• Precision Technical Operations: Manage the full service cycle with high accuracy, from rote memorization of complex menus and daily specials to seamless POS execution. Coordinate directly with the kitchen to ensure timing and order integrity meet high-volume standards.
• Operational Excellence & Safety: Direct the comprehensive setup, breakdown, and sanitization of service stations to maintain a polished, high-performance environment. Monitor inventory levels and strictly adhere to health protocols to ensure a safe, uninterrupted service flow.
