DIPLOMA in Civil Engineer Technology

Competency/ Skills Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) - required;
• Strong background in civil engineering education, training, or program management;
• Knowledge of TESDA regulations, UAQTEA scholarship guidelines, and TVET operations is a plus;
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and people management skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Computer literate (MS Office, Google Workspace, learning management systems, basic data tracking tools);
• Strong planning, documentation, and reporting skills;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple academic and administrative tasks;
• Values alignment with PGB/ SKILLS culture and institutional policies.
