Purpose
Leads and supervises the Internal Strategy Consulting team in Mexico and ensures that business strategies, plans and initiatives are carried out or complied with in accordance with current internal regulations, policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads and drives a customer-centric culture for his entire team to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Leads and supervises the Consulting team in order to identify areas of opportunity in the Bank and develop transformational projects. Presents analysis to key stakeholders regarding customers, competitors, market, economic and financial performance.
