JOB PURPOSE Under direction from the VP of Operations, The Ground Operations Sr. Director will identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs / Projects of the following areas: 
Pickup & Delivery Engineering (NOEP) 
Hubs Engineering 
Gateway Engineering 
OPS Infrastructure & Maintenance 
Operational Cost 
Company Fleet + 4500 vehicles in OPS 
OPS Applications (Programs) 
Disptach (Pickup capacity) & BPO (Data Cleansing)
