Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
MCI is hiring a Direct Digital Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline growth through high-performance, direct response marketing. This role combines demand generation, paid media, conversion copy, marketing automation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to turn interest into action—demo requests, qualified meetings, and sales-ready opportunities. You will execute full-funnel strategies across search, paid social, email, SMS, and outbound channels, targeting high-value B2B buyers in long sales cycles. Success is measured in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, and revenue impact—not clicks or impressions.
